Job Responsibilities

·         Inbound/Outbound Call support.

·         Attending Website/Social Media Chat.

·         Solving Customer Query.

Additional Requirements

·         Age 20 to 30 years

·         Only females are allowed to apply

·         Applicants must have a good knowledge of English and an eye for detail, as they will have to communicate with clients via live chat,social media chat, email & phone calls.

·         Must be Fluent in Bangla & English

·         Bangla and English typing skill required

·         Having Negotiation & Convincing skills

·         Knowledge on e-commerce.
